I was about to come to the conclusion that if I wanted to decorate the walls in big, bold dots I would have to paint the polka dots on the walls myself. There are pros and cons with this process. The upside would be that you could paint the dots to fit the size of the room which is good in small bedrooms. You could use bright, funky colors but scale them down so they wouldn't overpower the space.
